Our 5-function electric nursing home bed has many design advantages.
(1) Headboard and footboard: 30mm thick rubberwood veneer hand-applied with black walnut wood. Oak has good strength and durability.
Rounded edges and corners, beautiful appearance, tough wood, and strong corrosion resistance. The exterior is covered with black walnut veneer, featuring a beautiful grain.
The paint used is environmentally friendly, resulting in a clear texture, a full surface, and a glossy finish.
(2) Guardrails: Steel pipes are used for spray-painted telescopic guardrails, ensuring durability.
(3) Casters: Eight casters, specifically for ward use, are φ75mm high-grade silent polyurethane wear-resistant double-sided casters with individual brakes, double bearings, wear-resistant, quiet, anti-tangling, and reliable braking.
(4) Four IV drip holder sockets at each end of the bed, made of stamped metal with an ABS engineering plastic core to prevent damage and reduce noise during use.
(5) Equipped with German motors, four sets of safe voltage motors, and one control box, enabling five-function position changes.
(6) Bed surface treatment: The coating is electrostatic powder coating with full rust prevention; using proprietary equipment and automotive paint baking process.
