Hydraulic Shower Bed
This Shower bed is designed for safe and comfortable patient bathing. It uses high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and a strong steel frame for durability. The hydraulic system allows smooth height adjustment and tilting (0°–15°), making care easier for staff.
The bed includes a detachable bathtub, soft EVA padding, and rotatable side rails for easy patient transfer. It also features a drainage system and central braking casters for simple operation and safety. Ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, and care centers.
Shower Bed Specifications
- Overall bed dimensions: 2150 mm × 810 mm × 800–1055 mm.
- Bed surface dimensions: 600 mm × 1950 mm.
- The bed surface is constructed from a single, integrally formed panel of 2.0 mm thick SUS304 stainless steel.
- The side rails are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel tubing (25 mm diameter, 1.8 mm wall thickness).
- The structural frame and load-bearing connections of the bed body are constructed from 3.0 mm cold-rolled steel tubing.
- The side rails feature a dual-safety latch and handle design on both sides; additional safety latches are located at both the head and foot ends of the bed.
- The side rails, as well as the head and foot boards, automatically lock into place when raised.
- Both the head and foot ends of the bed are equipped with a central braking system, allowing for the simultaneous locking of all four wheels with a single foot pedal operation.
Shower Bed Features：
- The entire bed is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system utilizing an imported hydraulic pump, ensuring that lifting, tilting, and other functions operate smoothly and without any abnormal noise.
- The bed features a front-to-back tilting function with a maximum tilt range of 0° to 15°, allowing for effective adjustment of the patient's posture and facilitating medical and nursing procedures.
- Bed Materials: Bed Surface—Constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel tubing. Base—Features a fully enclosed, dust-proof ABS casing, offering a sleek, robust, and durable aesthetic. Bath Tub—Made from high-toughness, eco-friendly kayak-grade material; it is soft, comfortable, and resistant to extreme temperatures (+80°C to -10°C), ensuring it remains free from deformation and aging. The tub is also detachable for easy cleaning and disinfection. Padding—Composed of eco-friendly, high-density EVA foam, providing a soft, comfortable, and shape-retaining surface.
- Side Rails: The side rails on both sides can be rotated 80 degrees, allowing for direct transfer of the patient from the bed to the bathing position, thereby facilitating easy movement and handling of the patient.
- Drainage: The bed frame is designed with a slight overall incline to ensure smooth drainage, which is facilitated via a convenient drainage outlet.
- Casters: Equipped with 8-inch "Schioppa" universal medical casters featuring silent operation and brakes, ensuring easy mobility, simple operation, and reliable performance.
Optional: Electric model available (featuring electric foot-pedal lift control).
